On March 5, actor Yoshida Kotaro (62) announced through his agency that his wife (39) has given birth to their daughter. 

In a written statement, Yoshida reported, "A healthy baby girl was born. Both mom and baby are doing well. I feel great joy and responsibility for this new life that was born. Please continue to support both myself and my children." 

Earlier this month, Yoshida attended Family Mart's 40th-anniversary event as its new ambassador where he announced that his wife would be giving birth soon. This is his fourth marriage, and he has a son from his second marriage.
