hiroko of pop unit mihimaru GT updated her Instagram account for the first time in 2 and a half years.

After mihimaru GT went on hiatus in 2013, hiroko married a non-celebrity man in 2014 and gave birth to a daughter. However, in December of 2018, her husband was arrested on suspicion of fraud, and they later got divorced in February of 2019. 

hiroko wrote, "Everyone, it's been awhile. I have been doing a lot of resting and recharging. I am very sorry to have made you worry during my break."

She briefly mentioned her future activities, saying, "From now on, I hope to release music at my own pace," and joked, "If I release one song every four years, I will be able to release 13 songs by the time I'm 90!! (I will do my best so that this will become a lie)."

Finally, she stated, "We continue to face difficult times, but everybody, please take care. Let's meet again with a smile!"
