On May 7, actor Kubozuka Shunsuke (39) updated his blog announcing the birth of his second child, a baby boy.

Kubozuka wrote, "This morning, a baby boy weighing 2,800 grams (6 lb 2 oz) jumped on the Kubozuka family ship as a new member. Welcome!" He continued to express, "Fortunately, both mom and baby are doing well. Moreover, I give praise to my wife who accomplished this big work of love all by herself since last night." 

Kubozuka Shunsuke is the younger brother of actor Kubozuka Yosuke (42). He has starred in dramas, such as 'BE-BOP HIGHSCHOOL' (TBS), 'Regatta ~Kimi to Ita Eien~' (TV Asahi), and 'Mayonaka no March' (WOWOW). He married a non-celebrity woman in March of 2016, and welcomed their first son in July of 2017.
