Former Nogizaka46 member Kawamura Mahiro, also known as mahiro, has signed with Zest and will be resuming her activities in Japan.

Kawamura joined Nogizaka46 as a first generation member in August of 2011. After graduating from the group in March of 2018, she made her debut in South Korea as a member of girls group Z-Girls. Although she had been active throughout Asia, she will once again be basing her activities in Japan starting this year. 

mahiro commented, "After graduating from Nogizaka46, I had been active throughout Asia, but at this time, I have signed with Zest and will be resuming my activities in Japan. During the period I was unable to meet my fans, I was very sad, but utilizing the experiences I've gained abroad, I hope to take one step at a time with everyone. I am still very inexperienced, but please continue to support me." 

mahiro will also launch her official fan club 'mahiro-studio' on May 18 at 8:00 pm JST.
