Actor Hoshino Gen (40) and actress Aragaki Yui (32) are getting married! 

In a joint announcement on May 19, the couple announced, "We, Hoshino Gen and Aragaki Yui, would like to announce at this time that we will be getting married. From now on, we hope to support each other and accumulate rich time together. We are immature, but it would make us happy if you would please watch over us warmly. We ask for your continued guidance and encouragement." 

Hoshino and Aragaki co-starred in the TBS drama 'Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu' in 2016. According to Aragaki's agency, the two began dating with marriage in mind after wrapping up filming for its special drama which aired earlier this year. 

Aragaki is not pregnant at this time, and will continue to work after tying the knot. The couple is not living together yet, and will be registering their marriage at a suitable occasion. They are not planning on holding a press conference, and have not decided on holding a ceremony.
