NMB48 member Yokono Sumire has ended her activities in the group on May 23. 

According to NMB48 theater manager Kaneko Tsuyoshi, Yokono's request to withdraw from the group was accepted on May 23. She wrote to her fans, "I'm sorry to make this sudden announcement in this way," "From now on, I will move forward on my new path with gratitude in my heart." 

Yokono made her debut as NMB48's sixth generation member in May of 2019. She released her first photo book "Anata no Yokono" last December, and its making DVD / Blu-ray in April.
