On July 21st, Johnny's & Associates announced that Johnny's Jr. member Hayashi Ren has tested positive for COVID-19. 

According to the announcement, Hayashi had a temperature of 37°C (98.6°F) on the 20th, and after taking the PCR test, he learned that he was positive for the virus. For the time being, he will be recuperating and monitoring his health.

Contact tracing was conducted, but no persons related to Johnny's were identified to be close contacts. However, he had entered the company's facilities over the past few days, so they have been disinfected accordingly.
