The new members of Juice=Juice and Tsubaki Factory were announced on July 7.

From January to March, the two groups held a joint audition, which was a first in Hello! Project history. Juice=Juice welcomed three new members - Irie Risa from the audition and Hello Pro Kenshuusei members Arisawa Ichika and Ebata Kisaki. Meanwhile, four members joined Tsubaki Factory - Kasai Yuumi, Yagi Shiori, and Fukuda Marin from the audition, and Hello Pro Kenshuusei's Yofuu Runo. 

In addition, it was also announced that Hello Pro Kenshuusei members Nakayama Natsume, Hiromoto Ruri, Nishizaki Miku, and Kitahara Momo will be joining a new Hello! Project group that will be formed by the end of the year. They will work together with Yonemura Kirara, Kubota Nanami, Ishiguri Kanami, and Saito Madoka, who were previously announced to join the new group. The eight members will participate in Hello! Project's summer tour 'Hello! Project 2021 Summer Sapphire & Ruby' as a Kenshuusei unit. In addition, a new member audition will begin on July 20.
