It's been announced that Hayashi Mirei is the center of SKE48's 28th single "Ano Koro no Kimi wo Mitsuketa" (September 1 release). 

At just 12 years old, Hayashi is the youngest member of the AKB48 groups. She passed the SKE48 audition when she was 10 years old in November of 2019. Hayashi is still a kenkyuusei, so this will be SKE48's first time having a kenkyuusei as the center of a single's title track. 

"Ano Koro no Kimi wo Mitsuketa" is described as a youthful idol song about an "encounter at a school route" and "a love that makes your heart skip a beat." You can check out its music video below.
