Yoshitaka Yuriko will star in TBS's new drama 'Saiai' to premiere this October.

The suspense love story will revolve around a businesswoman named Sanada Rio (Yoshitaka), who becomes a witness of a murder case, a detective pursuing the case who happens to be Rio's first love, and a lawyer who tries to protect Rio. It will be written by Okudera Satoko and Shimizu Yukako, and directed by Tsukahara Ayuko.

Yoshitaka commented, "Since this will be my first role as company president, I am considerably anxious. However, I hope to enjoy the story, which has a sense of speed, and what kind of ending it will have, and do my best playing the role of Sanada Rio together with the reliable staff and cast."
