AKB48's Yokohama Yui has announced her graduation from the group.

This announcement was made on September 12 during the group's live event 'MX Natsu Matsuri AKB48 2021 Saigo no Summer Party!' at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall. Her graduation concert will be held on December 9 at AKB48 Theater.

To coincide this announcement, the MV for Yokoyama's graduation song "Kimi ga Inakunaru 12-gatsu" was uploaded onto YouTube. This will be included in the Type C of AKB48's 58th single "Ne mo Ha mo Rumor" (September 29 release). Planned and directed by Yokoyama herself, the video is packed with her feelings of being an AKB48 member over the past 12 years. 

Yokoyama passed AKB48's ninth generation audition in 2009, and joined Team K in October of 2010. She was the second General Manager of the AKB48 group from 2015 to March of 2019.
