BUMP OF CHICKEN's new song "Small world" will be used as the theme song for 'Sumikkogurashi The Movie: Aoi Tsukiyo no Mahou no Ko' to open in theaters on November 5. 

This movie is being created as San-x character Sumikkogurashi celebrates 10 years since their birth in 2022. Following its 2019 film, the upcoming movie will be narrated by Inohara Yoshihiko (V6) and Honjo Manami. 

The movie's director Omori Takahiro offered BUMP OF CHICKEN to sing the theme song as Sumikkogurashi designer Yokomizo Yuri is a big fan of the band. "Small World" is described as a medium-tempo tune with a beautiful sound and gentle voice. You can listen to a clip of it in the movie's trailer below.
