On October 28, idol group ZOC member Kannagi Maro (26) and music producer Watanabe Junnosuke (37) apologized via their respective Twitter accounts after reportedly engaging in an adulterous relationship. 

Kannagi wrote, "I am very sorry to have done something that would betray all of ZOC fans and relevant parties. Through work, I became close with Watanabe-san. This kind of relationship cannot possibly be forgiven. I am deeply sorry that I have caused his family to have unpleasant feelings. I am reflecting on my frivolous actions."

Watanabe also commented, "I am very sorry for causing trouble at this time. I am also sorry for doing something that would betray ZOC's fans as well as WACK's supporters."

On his relationship with his wife, he revealed, "My wife and I have been separated for some time, and I have confessed everything to her. We were in the middle of a divorce consultation." He added, "Even so, I realize that this situation is unacceptable. Once again, I am very sorry. I am discussing with my family, Kannagi Maro, and Kannagi's agency's Oomori Seiko to figure out a response that would not hinder our activities." 

On October 28, 'Bunshun Online' reported that the two were going on trips together and living together part-time.
