Sakanaction will release a concept album titled "Adapt" on March 30, 2022.

In October, the band announced that they would be starting a big project in a two-part series - 'Adapt' and 'Apply.' On November 20 and 21, they held their online live 'SAKANAQUARIUM Adapt ONLINE' from a four-story building with the concept "Theater×MV×Live." 

The release of the upcoming concept album was announced after 'SAKANAQUARIUM Adapt ONLINE.' It will include "Plateau," which was the CM song for Santen FX starring Yamaguchi Ichiro, "Tsuki no Wan," the CM song for TOYOTA's Yaris Cross, and "Shock!" the theme song for movie 'Lupin's Daughter.' 

The album will be released in four different versions: "NF member -Limited Edition-," Limited Edition A, Limited Edition B, and Regular Edition. The limited editions will come with a DVD or Blu-ray containing footage from their online live 'NF OFFLINE FROM LIVING ROOM,' which was streamed from Yamaguchi's home. In addition to the Blu-ray disc with 'NF OFFLINE FROM LIVING ROOM' footage, the NF member -Limited Edition- will come with the soundtrack CD for the stage play 'Machine Nikki.'
