Singer-songwriter Yamamoto Sayaka has announced that she will be temporarily halting her activities due to poor health. 

An announcement on her official website states, "At this time, we would like to announce that our company's Yamamoto Sayaka will be taking a break for the time being. We apologize for the inconvenience and worry caused to fans and persons concerned, and appreciate your understanding." Consequently, her nationwide tour 'SAYAKA YAMAMOTO TOUR 2021 ~re~' has been canceled. 

Yamamoto also apologized, "I have gotten sick, so in order to devote myself to recovery, I will be taking a break from my activities. I apologize for the worry and inconvenience caused to my fans and related parties."
