Comedian Watanabe Naomi (34) has tested positive for COVID-19. 

Watanabe has been living and working in New York from April of this year. According to Yoshimoto Kogyo, Watanabe had a low-grade fever after work, so she conducted a PCR test, and tested positive for the virus. Her manager has tested positive as well. 

Watanabe is currently isolating at home, and is recovering.
