On January 12, BE:FIRST wrapped up their fan meeting series 'E:FIRST 1st Fan Meeting -Hello My BESTY-' at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo where they announced the release of their second single. 

During the fan meeting, the group held a talk session and performed various tracks including their pre-debut number "Shining One" and debut song "Gifted." Fans, also known as "BESTY," spent a fulfilling time at the events. At the finale, the group revealed that they would be releasing their second single this spring.
