On January 28th, Matsuda Shota's agency announced that the actor has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the announcement, Matsuda conducted a PCR test after someone on set tested positive for the virus. He received his positive result on the 28th. 

Matsuda is not experiencing any symptoms, but will isolate under guidance of the health center.
