Fortune Entertainment has announced that they have terminated their management contract with BOYS AND MEN member Kobayashi Yutaka. 

According to the group's official website, the contract termination was determined after Kobayashi was involved in a shoplifting incident. The announcement goes on to explain that Kobayashi had previously submitted his request to withdraw from the group for a different reason, and his graduation announcement was scheduled to be made on April 8. However, due to the above-mentioned incident, his contract was terminated immediately. 

At the same time, it was announced that BOYS AND MEN leader Mizuno Masaru will be graduating from the group on May 31.
