It's been announced that Ikimonogakari vocalist Yoshioka Kiyoe is in the second trimester of her pregnancy! 

Yoshioka married a non-celebrity man back in 2018. At this time, she commented, "I am so grateful to receive blessings from the members and staff, and to be able to spend my days with the understanding and support of the many persons concerned as well as everyone else. Thanks to you, my condition is currently stable, and I am doing well. While carefully nurturing this new life, I will continue to take care of my health. I am also looking forward to spending time with everyone again through music and song. It would make me happy if you would please watch over me warmly. I ask for your continued support." 

Ikimonogakari guitarist Mizuno Yoshiki also expressed, "I have received the very happy news from Yoshioka. First of all, I want her to take care of herself. I am just strongly praying for that simple wish. As a member, I hope to support her as much as I can."

Yoshioka just released her song "Dekoboko," which is the opening theme for anime 'Kakkou no Iinazuke,' on June 15. She will continue her activities within a reasonable range while prioritizing her health.
