It's been announced that ANGERME member Takeuchi Akari has tested positive for COVID-19. 

According to Hello! Project's official website, Takeuchi's throat felt uncomfortable late last week, then she broke out with a fever on the 25th. After taking an antigen test, it was confirmed that she had been infected with the virus. Under guidance of the health center and medical institution, she is currently recuperating at home. Besides Takeuchi, the other members are not experiencing any symptoms. 

Consequently, Takeuchi will be absent from Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku and ANGERME's two-man live 'Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku Major Debut 10th Anniversary 2MAN Zepp TOUR ~Houkago Rock 'n Roll~' on the 26th at Zepp Haneda (TOKYO). Her participation in ANGERME's single release event on the 31st at Belle Salle Shinjuku Grand will be announced later.
