It's been announced that SOLIDEMO will be ending their activities on September 30th.
According to the group's official website, SOLIDEMO was unable to carry out their activities as imagined due to the COVID-19 pandemic since 2020. After much trial and error as well as discussion among the members, it was decided that they put an end their activities.
Among the members, Kimata Hiroyuki will end his contract with Avex Management. Meanwhile, Schnell, Mukaiyama Takeshi, Nakayama Yuki, and Teshima Akito will continue to work under the company.
SOLIDEMO will release their last song "Eien no Melody" on July 20th, then set out for their last tour 'SOLIDEMO LAST TOUR ~Thanks to Collars~' from the 31st. Their last live 'SOLIDEMO LAST LIVE -Solid & Emotional-' will take place on September 28th at Ebisu The Garden Hall. Former members Sasaki Kazuya (current name: Sasaki Yuki), Sawaki Keiichi, and Yamaguchi Tomoya will also participate in this live.
SOLIDEMO is a male vocal group that formed in April of 2013. They made their major debut with the single "THE ONE" in April of 2014, and won the New Artist Award at the '56th Japan Record Awards' the same year.
