It's been reported that actor Kajita Toma passed away on September 16th. He was 22 years old.

Kajita's Instagram account was updated on the 29th, stating, "Kajita Toma-san passed away suddenly on September 16, 2022. It is very unfortunate to deliver this news to all of his fans and everyone concerned. At the request of the bereaved family, his wake and funeral have already been held with close relatives."

The Osaka native starred in the ABEMA reality show 'Koisuru Shumatsu Homestay' as well as the stage plays 'Gozen Goji Yonjunanafun no Tokei-dai' and 'Twilight Moon,' and dramas 'Osaka Kanjosen Part 3,' 'Neko no Hitai Hodo Wide,' and 'Neko no Te mo Karitai.' 

Kajita married model Aoki Nanoka in November of 2020 after co-starring in 'Koisuru Shumatsu Homestay.' They welcomed their first child in April of 2021.
