OCHA NORMA members Tsutsui Roko, Saito Madoka, Yonemura Kirara, Tashiro Sumire, and Nakayama Natsume have tested positive for COVID-19.
According to the announcement, Tsutsui broke out with a fever on the 13th, so she took the antigen test and was confirmed positive on the 14th. After that, the members all conducted PCR tests and learned that 4 more members had been infected with the virus.
As half of the group will be in isolation, their concert at Shinjuku ReNY on the 19th, which was a part of their tour 'OCHA NORMA First Live Tour 2022 ~Start Dash!~' has been cancelled. In addition, their live event 'Up Up Girls (2) to OCHA NORMA,' which was scheduled to be held on the 21st at Spotify O-WEST (Tokyo), has been postponed.
The group will be resuming their activities based on local government and health center guidelines. Meanwhile, Hiromoto Ruri, Ishiguri Kanami, Kubota Nanami, Nishizaki Miku, and Kitahara Momo, who were all considered to be close contacts, have tested negative on the antigen test so they have returned to work on the 16th.
