On December 31, it was announced that former Flower and E-girls member Bando Nozomi will be leaving LDH JAPAN. 

LDH JAPAN reported, "It's sudden, but we would like to announce that our company's Bando Nozomi will be leaving LDH JAPAN on the last day of December 2022." They continued, "We will be watching over Bando Nozomi, who has made the decision to make a new start. We ask everyone for their continued support of Bando Nozomi."

Bando also expressed, "Thanks to HIRO-san, the staff, my senpai and friends, I was able to see many things that I wouldn't have been able to see alone. The 14 years I spent at LDH are without a doubt my youth." She added, "As times are constantly changing and moving forward, I wanted to change my environment and challenge myself to something new so I came to this decision." 

Bando passed the dance performance category of the 'VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION 3 ~For Girls~' in 2011, which led to her debut as a member of Flower and E-girls. The same year, she was selected as 'Miss Seventeen 2011' for fashion magazine 'Seventeen.' In 2012, she starred in the drama 'GTO.'
