It's been reported that solo idol Koike Miyu and former kickboxer and actor/talent Miyagi Daiki have tied the knot. 

In a joint statement, the couple announced, "At this time, we, Miyagi Daiki and Koike Miyu, would like to announce that we have registered our marriage on March 28, 2023." 

They continued to express, "Becoming family, we hope to lift each other up and support each other in order to enjoy our time together and build a happy home. Without forgetting these grateful feelings for everyone who continue to support us, we will walk in love, so please watch over us warmly." 

Koike has been a solo idol since 2012 and made her break with her very peculiar personality. She made her major debut with the single "Uchuu Kakurenbo" in June of 2014, and is known for holding unique events such as 'Koike's sports tournament for people who are bad at sports' and 'Koike's mystery hide and seek at Asakusa Hanayashiki.' 

Meanwhile, Miyagi participated in the reality TV show 'Terrace House' from January 2013 in order to raise awareness about kickboxing. Since then, he has starred in movies such as 'TOKYO TRIBE' and 'Sundome,' as well as the TV drama 'Prison School.'
