It's been revealed that actor Oguri Shun (40) will be appointed president of Tristone Entertainment. According to sources, he is scheduled to be appointed in early summer after approval by the Board of Directors.

After making his break in the drama 'Hanayori Dango' in 2005, Oguri has starred in numerous dramas, films, and stage plays. In recent years, he made his Hollywood debut with 'Godzilla vs. Kong' in 2021, and landed the lead role in NHK's Taiga drama 'The 13 Lords of the Shogun' in 2022. 

Oguri has also been involved in various projects and production including directing the film 'Surely Someday' in 2010. He is highly trusted among his fellow actors and staff.

As for his private life, Oguri married model Yamada Yu in 2012, and they have four children together. After becoming president, he plans to continue acting and being involved in other projects. 

Tristone Entertainment was founded in 1993 by Yamamoto Mataichiro who produced the film 'Taiyou wo Nusunda Otoko.' Besides Oguri, various actors and musicians belong to the agency such as Tanaka Kei, Ayano Gou, Wakamura Mayumi, Kimura Fumino, Mamiya Shotaro, Sakaguchi Kentaro, Akaso Eiji, and miwa. They also have a business partnership with BTS.
