On April 21, talent Kumada Yoko (40) announced through her agency that her divorce has been finalized. 

Kumada reported, "At this time, I've reached an agreement with my husband, and our divorce has been peacefully finalized." From now on, the two will cooperate in raising their daughters. 

She added, "Once again, I would like to apologize for all of the inconvenience and concern caused to persons concerned regarding our matters. Also, I am grateful from the bottom of my heart to my family and fans who continued to support me no matter the situation. Thank you very much. Please continue to guide me." 

Kumada got married in April of 2012 and has three daughters. In May of 2021, she revealed that she had been assaulted by her husband and was looking into getting a divorce.
