It's been announced that A.B.C-Z member Tsukada Ryoichi will be taking a temporary hiatus due to mental health issues. 

According to Johnny & Associates, Tsukada accumulated fatigue in both mind and body, and has been mentally unstable for some time. After discussion with his doctor, it was recommended that he stay away from work and take a rest. The members of A.B.C-Z agreed that he should prioritize his health and mental wellbeing. 

Tsukada commented, "What kind of person do I want to become? Please give me some time to think about it. I know it's selfish, but I believe my fans will wait for me. With that, I will definitely come back." 

Tsukada was set to star in the stage play 'Nocturne' in June at Osaka Shochikuza. With his hiatus, it was announced that Totsuka Shota will be taking over his role. He stated, "No one can replace Tsukada. While praying for his recovery, I will do my best to make this a work that will represent Shochikuza's 100th year anniversary."
