It's been announced that Utada Hikaru will be providing the theme song for the movie 'Kingdom: Unmei no Honoo' that's slated to open in theaters on July 28.

'Kingdom: Unmei no Honoo' is the latest installment 'Kingdom' movie series based on Hara Yasuhisa's manga that's currently being serialized in Shueisha's 'Shukan Young Jump.' It will follow the story of Shin (Yamazaki Kento) and Ouki (Osawa Takao) as they stand on the battlefield to fight off an invasion by Zhao. 

For the film, Utada wrote a brand new song titled "Gold ~Mata Au Hi Made~" co-produced with A. G. Cook ("One Last Kiss," "Kimi ni Muchuu"). On the song, Utada commented, "It's a song about what happiness means to me right now. Please listen to it with your volume up." The song will also be released digitally on the movie's release date, July 28.
