Superfly has announced that all scheduled concerts and appearances in events for this year have been cancelled due to the poor condition of her throat. 

Superfly had already cancelled a portion of her arena tour 'Superfly Arena Tour 2023: Heat Wave' last month due to her throat condition. Since then, she had been receiving treatment and recuperating under doctor's guidance. However, she needed more time to recuperate in order to sing for long periods of time, so she decided to cancel all performances for the rest of the year. 

According to Superfly's official website, all tickets for 'Superfly Arena Tour 2023: Heat Wave' will be refunded. Her staff is already making adjustments so that she will be able to carry out this tour next year.

With this announcement, Ochi Shiho released a statement saying, "I might be able to sing a few songs for a short time, however, there are many uncertainties in order complete the scheduled concerts. I don't have the confidence to overcome them." She continued, "I aim to deliver a high-quality voice that everyone can listen to with a peace of mind. I want to avoid going on stage in a half-hearted state. Would you give me some time until I can deliver a polished voice?" Finally, she positively stated, "I am not putting a halt to my activities until my tour, so I plan to write songs and work in the studio."
