It's been announced that former IMPACTors members Kageyama Takuya, Sato Arata, Yokohara Yuki, Matsui Minato, Tsubaki Taiga, Motoi Shunsuke, and Suzuki Taiga will be joining Takizawa Hideaki's new company TOBE. 

IMPACTors is a unit that formed under Johnny & Associates back in October of 2020. After two and a half years of activities, they formally left the company on May 25, 2023. 

On July 14, the seven members appeared on TOBE's official YouTube channel. At the beginning of the livestream, Sato announced, "The seven of us will carry out our activities alongside TOBE." It was also announced that their new group name will be IMP.. Sato commented, "July 14 will be an important day of us. We will do out best while chasing behind our great senpai." 

IMP.'s official fan club along with their Instagram and Twitter accounts have been launched to commemorate this occasion. 

TOBE was established by Takizawa earlier this March. Miyake Ken made the announcement that he had joined the company on July 2, followed by former King & Prince's Hirano Sho and Jinguji Yuta on July 7.
