Noriyuki Higashiyama has made a surprising decision to step back from a significant role in the newly formed company after the reorganization of Johnny & Associates. Instead, the talent agency is now on the hunt for an external candidate to fill this vital position.

The new company was initially intended for the management of talent agent contracts. However, concerns arose about Higashiyama simultaneously holding the presidency in both the old and new companies within the organization, leading to his decision to step back from the role.

Consequently, Higashiyama has opted not to take up the role of president in the new company.
