In a shocking incident, a 41-year-old monk named Takamichi Kimura from Joenji Temple in Tsukubamirai City, Ibaraki Prefecture, has been arrested for assaulting a teenage high school girl in Moriya City. The attack took place on the 19th of this month, around 10 p.m.
