In a recent announcement, members Miyuki Angel and Hanae Monster of the idol group Mameshiba no Taigun revealed their departure from the group and agency WACK after their Christmas live event on December 25 at Tokyo's Spotify O-WEST.
These original members, part of the group since its formation in December 2019, had a one-year "grace period" following a recent audition camp for new members. However, based on their individual decisions, both members have chosen to leave the group and the agency.
In a message on the official website, Miyuki Angel expressed her desire to continue being her true self on a new path, apologizing for her last-minute request. Hanae Monster also conveyed gratitude, stating that she will walk a different path from her role as Hanae Monster in Mameshiba no Taigun but will carry forward the enjoyable experiences of the past four years.
Details regarding the ticket sales for their final live performance will be announced at a later date.
Mameshiba no Taigun originated from the idol audition project "MONSTER IDOL" within the TBS variety show "Suiyobi no Downtown." The group debuted in December 2019 with the single "Restart." Currently, the group consists of Hanae Monster, Nao of Nao, Miyuki Angel, Aika the Spy, Leona Empire, and Momochi Ngele. They are set to embark on a nationwide tour, "Kansha Kangeki Mame Wanwan ~Mametsubu e Arigatou," starting on December 3.
