STU48's Rissen Momoka has announced her graduation from the group. 

Rissen passed STU48's second generation audition in 2019. She was the center of the second generation research student version of STU48's fifth single "Omoidaseru Koi wo Shiyou" released in July of 2020. Then she became an official member in October of 2021. 

On January 10, Rissen did a live stream on SHOWROOM announcing her graduation from the group. On their official website, she wrote, "I joined STU48 in my third year of middle school. There were a lot of things I couldn't do, but the management, staff and members were all kind and helped me a lot, which gave me a valuable experience. I don't have much time left in STU48, but I hope to make it a time where I can convey my gratitude to everyone. Please watch over me until the end."
