Nogizaka46 member Sakaguchi Tamami has announced her graduation from the group. 

On her blog, she reflected, "I made my decision to graduate during the under live for our 33rd single," "I was able to enjoy the live to the fullest which gave me a sense of accomplishment I have never felt," "It might sound exaggerated, but to me, I felt like I did my best, that there isn't more left to do. That's when I decided to graduate."  

Sakaguchi is scheduled to graduate around July after concluding promotional activities for the group's 35th single "Chance wa Byodo." More details will be announced at a later date. 

Sakaguchi passed Nogizaka46's third generation audition in September of 2016, then made her stage debut later that December. She was selected as a senbatsu member for the first time for their 23rd single "Sing Out!" released in 2019. She will release her first photo book 'Aoi Bara' on June 25.
