Salyu has announced that she gave birth to her first child, a baby girl, this spring. 

The singer took to Instagram to make the happy announcement and share some of her maternity photos. She revealed that while she was worried about giving birth at age 43, she continued to hold concerts until one month before her due date. "I had a very happy maternity life, and experienced a healthy delivery," she said.  

 On her activities, she commented, "Since becoming a mother, I am busy with childcare everyday. But that is another series of discoveries that gives me a different perspective in my music. I look forward to how time will tick and how much power will go into my songs."
