Masaki Aiba (Arashi) and Jin (BTS) will join forces in South Korea to trim rescue dogs as part of a special segment for the upcoming 24-Hour Television 47 broadcast. This collaboration, titled Aiba Trimming in South Korea, was announced during the August 17 episode of Ah! Everyone’s Zoo, a show hosted by Aiba.

The program reflects growing efforts in South Korea to promote animal welfare, with a focus on encouraging adoption over purchasing pets. As part of this movement, some local governments have begun subsidizing the costs of animal protection. Jin, who recently completed his military service in June, is making his first appearance on Japanese television since his discharge, marking a meaningful collaboration between two top artists from Japan and South Korea.

24-Hour Television 47 will air from August 31 at 6:30 PM to September 1 at 8:54 PM JST. The program will feature hosts Shinya Ueda, Shinichi Hatori, and NTV announcer Asami Miura.
