Manaka Shida, a former member of Keyakizaka46 (now Sakurazaka46), has announced her departure from the Ginza hostess club NEXT Ginza. In a post shared on her Instagram on August 26, Shida revealed that she will be leaving her position at the club on August 30.

Reflecting on her two-year experience at NEXT Ginza, Shida expressed gratitude for the support she received. “Initially, I had many anxieties and uncertainties about starting this job, but thanks to everyone’s warm support, I was able to grow daily and have a fulfilling time,” she wrote.

She continued, “I am deeply thankful for the valuable experiences and the opportunity to feel the joy and responsibility of work, as well as personal growth.” Shida also expressed her appreciation for the support from the staff and colleagues during difficult times.

Looking ahead, Shida stated her intention to utilize the experience and lessons she gained at NEXT Ginza to continue her personal growth. “I will be moving on to a new environment, and I would greatly appreciate your continued support,” she said.

Shida began her career in the entertainment industry after joining Keyakizaka46 as a first-generation member in August 2015. She graduated from the group in November 2018 and began working at NEXT Ginza in September 2022.
