Japanese virtual artist KAF has unveiled her new single, “Chewing Disco,” in collaboration with producer Tsumiki. This track, part of KAF’s “Suite” series, offers a blend of dance-pop and electronic sounds with a touch of surrealism.

Tsumiki, known for his work with Vocaloid and as a member of the duo NOMELON NOLEMON, contributes a distinctive sound to the song, featuring hypnotic breakdowns and evolving melodies. Despite its experimental edge, “Chewing Disco” remains accessible and showcases KAF’s versatile vocals.

The music video for “Chewing Disco,” directed by Katsushika Shusshin and animated by sonepon, highlights the song’s visual elements, focusing more on animation than on KAF herself.

KAF will also perform at the YouTube Music Weekend on August 23 at 5:50 p.m. Japan Standard Time, celebrating digital-native artists from Japan.
