The 2024 MAMA Awards kick off tonight, November 21, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, marking the first time the world-renowned K-pop event is held in the United States. Following this, the awards will continue in Japan over two nights, November 22 and 23, at the Kyocera Dome Osaka.

This year’s ceremonies will be hosted by Park Bo Gum in Los Angeles and Kim Tae Ri in Japan, bringing their star power to one of K-pop’s biggest nights. Fans worldwide can tune in to the live broadcast on Mnet, the Mnet K-POP YouTube channel, and Mnet Plus for an immersive viewing experience.

With the theme “BIG BLUR: What is Real?”, the 2024 MAMA Awards promise iconic stages and innovative performances. Notable collaborations include Anderson .Paak with J.Y. Park, and KATSEYE performing alongside the Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders. Standout moments in Japan will feature ZEROBASEONE’s reinterpretation of Romeo and Juliet and (G)I-DLE’s Mega Stage act with 100 dancers.
