Actors Masaki Okada (35) and Mitsuki Takahata (32) have announced that they will be getting married. 

In a joint announcement, the couple wrote, "At this time, Masaki Okada and Mitsuki Takahata will be getting married. Since starting work during our teenage years, we've met countless wonderful people and works. Above all, we have been able to make it this far due to everyone's support. We are very happy, and a little nervous, to make this announcement."

They continued, "We have been spending time together as best friends, but from now on, we will be husband and wife. While supporting and encouraging each other, we will work even harder to perform even better in our works. It would make us happy if you would please watch over us warmly."
