Through their official website, the band revealed that they ended their activities as a trio consisting of Sawao Yamanaka (vocals, guitar), Yoshiaki Manabe (guitar), and Shinichiro Sato (drums) following their performance on January 31 at KT Zepp Yokohama in Kanagawa. They expressed their gratitude to their fans, stating, "The members sincerely thank all of fans for their constant support over the past 35 years. These years have been a truly memorable journey, and it's all thanks to the fans."

Formed in 1989, the pillows debuted in 1991 with the single "Ame ni Utaeba" and celebrated their 35th anniversary in September 2024.
