On March 4, 2025, Kenshin Kamimura's contract with Stardust Promotion was officially terminated due to what the agency described as "serious compliance violations." While the announcement did not provide specific details, new reports from Hong Kong media have shed light on the situation.

According to multiple outlets, Kamimura was arrested in Hong Kong on March 1 for allegedly committing an indecent act against a female interpreter at a restaurant. His reported detainment occurred on the same day ONE N’ ONLY was in the city for a fan meeting.

In light of the situation, TV Tokyo has announced programming changes to the March 6 broadcast of DAN! DAN! EBiDAN!, where Kamimura had been scheduled to appear. Additionally, planned fan events and a DVD release celebration for his upcoming drama Miseinen: Mijukuna Oretachi wa Bukiyo ni Shinkochu have been canceled.
