It's been announced that dance and vocal group TOKYO GIRLS' STYLE will disband after their concert at Zepp DiverCity TOKYO on March 31, 2026. 

This announcement was made on May 3 during the encore of the group's 15th debut anniversary live 'TOKYO GIRLS' STYLE 15th Anniversary Live ~Kirari☆~' at Zepp Shinjuku TOKYO. The girls are scheduled to appear in various events until their final concert and their regular concerts at SHIBUYA PLEASURE PLEASURE will continue to be held from June to next March. 

In addition, TOKYO GIRLS' STYLE announced that they will release a self-titled album on July 30. Their new song "Dokasen, Flashback," which they performed for the first time at their 15th debut anniversary live, will be released digitally as a pre-release single from the album. 

Formed in January of 2010 as the first girl group from Avex in seven years, TOKYO GIRLS' debuted later that May with the single "Kirari☆." Throughout their 15-year career, they have established an unique presence in the Japanese idol scene, known for their fusion of J-pop with dance and electronic music. The group consists of four members: Miyu Yamabe, Hitomi Arai, Yuri Nakae, and Mei Shoji.
