Additional performers have been announced for 'THE MUSIC DAY 2026,' which will air live on NTV on July 4.

Held under the theme "Stories of Music," the annual music special will be broadcast live for nine and a half hours from Makuhari Messe in Chiba. The newly announced artists include INI, Aimyon, =LOVE, &TEAM, King & Prince, kurayamisaka, Snow Man, timelesz, Travis Japan, Hinatazaka46, Ikusaburo Yamazaki, and Ryokuoushoku Shakai, among others.

Several special segments were also announced. A collaboration with Disney on Ice will feature performances by Snow Man's Ryota Miyadate, Ikusaburo Yamazaki, Ryokuoushoku Shakai's Haruko Nagaya, and NiziU's RIKU and MIIHI, who will perform Disney songs alongside characters skating on ice. Olympic silver medalist Kaori Sakamoto will serve as navigator for the segment.

In addition, &TEAM and =LOVE will deliver special performances from PokéPark Kanto, which opened earlier this year, and will appear alongside Pokémon characters.
