Nogizaka46 has announced that their 42nd single, set for release on July 22, will be titled "Zehi ni Oyobazu." The lineup for the title track was revealed during the June 7 broadcast of the group's variety show 'Nogizaka Koujichuu.'

This will be the Nogizaka46's first single since fifth-generation member Satsuki Sugawara became captain of the group.

A total of 18 members were selected for the senbatsu, with sixth-generation members Hinano Okoshi and Urumi Morihira making their first appearances. Third-generation member Renka Iwamoto also returns to the senbatsu for the first time in five singles.

The front row will feature Mitsuki Setoguchi, Haruka Kaki, and Miku Ichinose, with Ichinose serving as center for a Nogizaka46 title track for the first time.

Ishinose commented, "Aiming to become center has always been a goal of mine while being active in the group, so it feels incredibly significant—so much so that it's difficult to express in words. I hope I can stand firmly, believing in the path I've walked and in what we, as the current members, have built together until now."
