JO1 will release their U.S. debut EP, "ANIMAL," on October 2, marking the group's official entry into the North American market.

The release coincides with the opening day of '2026 JO1 NORTH AMERICAN TOUR ~ANIMAL~,' kicking off a new chapter in the group's international activities.

The six-track EP is produced by Grammy Award-winning producer and songwriter Dem Jointz, who described the project as "an 18-minute roller coaster ride filled with adventure, energy, celebration, growth and human connection."

Ahead of the EP's release, "WHATCHA DOIN" will be released as a digital single on July 24, followed by the song's music video premiere on July 31.
