The announcement was made through Matsumoto's official website, which confirmed that preparations are currently underway. Details, including the launch date and membership benefits, will be announced at a later date.

The news comes after Matsumoto concluded his activities with Arashi following the group's final concert, 'ARASHI LIVE TOUR 2026: We are ARASHI,' held at Tokyo Dome in May.
